Bill served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer and is a decorated combat veteran of the Gulf War. Bill began his career in telecommunications after active duty and has over 25 years of experience in field operations, design and business development. Starting in the public sector working for Verizon in New York, Bill began in the field and ultimately became an operations manager for Verizon’s fiber initiative in the Mid-State & Mid-Hudson markets. His aspirations of personal growth and opportunity lead him to the private sector where he continued to develop key relationships in the telecommunications industry, allowing him to establish new business line opportunities in the OSP and MxU fields. Joining the LDC team in 2018 as a Partner and Principal, Bill brought industry insight and operational structure to the telecommunication division of the company. Bill’s current focus is on LDC’s telecommunication’s business development while providing oversight to a team dedicated to AT&T’s newest fiber initiatives in the Texas market.
As a resident of Texas since 2014, Bill has held seats on the Hutto Zoning Board of Adjustments and Board of Directors for the Hutto Food Pantry. He is married to his best friend and has three wonderful children.
