Morningstar Residential Community

Morningstar is a 540-Acre, 1,400 lot residential community that includes a 125-acre commercial center and community amenities located in Liberty Hill’s ETJ. To date, our team managed the design, permitting, and construction phase services for the first 4 residential sections of Morningstar totaling 250 residential units, the 1-mile extension of Kauffman Loop from Hwy 29 to Ronald Reagan (Williamson County Road Bond) and the first Community Amenity Center. Coordination of major off-site wastewater infrastructure improvements to service the site, preparation and approval of a CLOMR, and negotiations of an access easement with the Parks and Recreation Department for a secondary egress from the subdivision.
